We at CouplesQuestions highly value and ensure your privacy. We have paid particular attention maintaining your privacy protection in the following areas:

Personal Information

CouplesQuestions will not sell, distribute or give away any of your personal information (address, phone number, etc) unless required to by a Court decision enforceable in British Columbia. All information is protected on a secure server with an SSL certificate.   

Credit Cards

All credit card transactions at CouplesQuestions are managed by a separate, secure e-commerce site. We do not record or keep any credit card information on the CouplesQuestions server.

Data Collection

We do not read, review or access your answers to the questions in the workbook without your permission in writing or by e-mail. In fact, the site has been designed so that we can not look at individual answers unless you give us permission. We do collect statistics on how all users have answered the questionnaire, in an effort to improve our service. We cannot tell from this global information how any individual or couple has answered any given question.

E-mail

At CouplesQuestions we will ask you for your e-mail address as a username. You may wish to create a more private e-mail account through a place such as Yahoo or Google. Again, we will not sell, distribute or give away your e-mail to anyone (unless required to by Law). We will, however, use it to contact you regarding information on your account (i.e., confirmation of sign up, etc.). We will only contact you with further information and updates if you give us permission. You may cancel this at any time with an e-mail to us.
